The biggest wealth-creating opportunity in history is here

Meet Tom, a guy who built a billion-dollar brand and is said to have hundreds of millions to his name.

Choosing not to spend the rest of his life basking on a beach, Tom started another company—Impact Theory—to help people gain the skills to improve themselves and the world.

Tom’s story was that he was good at making money but terrible at investing. So when his employee asked if he was looking into crypto, Tom said he wasn’t interested—he’d grow wealthier by building his business, thank you.

“I’m screaming from the rooftops saying, you might be cynical,
you might think you don’t understand it.
You might think you can’t afford to play in this.
But you have to listen, because [crypto] is the opportunity.”

RAOUL PAL

Minus the business success and millions of dollars, Tom and I were alike:

Aware that we must watch what we say about ourselves, while at once claiming we didn’t have the minds for investing, though I planned to learn about it eventually. And maybe later rather than sooner once that Tom, who I’ve been watching for a while and is rich, gave me “permission” to focus on building a business, which I could wrap my head around.

But then, …

Tom did a 180 on me: He started talking about investing in crypto.

He said he felt an obligation to tell people what was going on, though he didn’t trust himself to give advice beyond “do some research.”

And with the little I’ve learned since last week, I’m here to echo his message.

The graphic below links to an interview Tom did with master investor Raoul Pal, which is what inspired me to change my tune and decide to learn about crypto and NFTs (non-fungible tokens). It’s long-ish but was worth it to me. I’ve started the video at the part about tokenization (1:15:58) so if nothing else, you can listen in about the nation of Rihanna and “us getting rich on culture.”

Raoul says crypto is “the biggest opportunity in history to make money,” and founded Real Vision to “democratize the very best financial information.”

So far, here are the three main things I’ve done on my crypto journey:

  1. Subscribed to the free Real Vision cryptocurrency channel here.
  2. Subscribed to The Pomp Letter here. (I’m test driving the $10/month version.)
  3. Created a Coinbase account here.

Coinbase is an app to buy and sell cryptocurrencies. By opening an account, you may be eligible to learn and earn “free” Bitcoin (depending on where you live and your account type). Also, I used a referral link that will allow each of us to earn $10 in Bitcoin when you buy or sell $100 or more.

That’s information, not advice.

But this is:

Be aware that although cryptocurrencies are digital, they are stored in a wallet. Study up on them if you’ll be taking a crypto journey and DO NOT LOSE YOUR PASSCODE when you create one or you risk losing your cash—there ain’t no “Oops, I forgot” links in the world of crypto wallets.

As a maker, I’m especially excited about tokenization and liking the sound of Chardcoin, as well as the thought of devising ways for you to grow rich with me by investing in some. 🙂
